Navrattan Cement Industries LLP is the manufacturing arm of the Navrattan Group's sustainable construction-materials business, established to translate the Group's green cement technologies into large-scale commercial production.
The company is developing approximately 0.5 million metric tonnes per annum of green cement production capacity at Rai Majra, Rajpura, Punjab. The planned manufacturing facility represents a significant step towards bringing the Group's next-generation cementitious solutions to the construction market at scale. Recent project reporting places the initial investment for the Punjab facility at approximately RS 250 crore.
The manufacturing initiative is centred on producing a new generation of construction materials designed around the principles of lower environmental impact, responsible resource utilisation and efficient manufacturing. The Group's green cement is positioned as a zero-carbon, 100% eco-friendly, non-curing and fire-resistant alternative, with an emphasis on delivering the performance and durability expected from modern construction materials.
